ATI® Carbo Ex is a media that removes CO₂ and other undesirable substances such as cigarette smoke or pollen from the protein skimmer's air intake. Carbo Ex's absorption of CO₂ reduces the CO₂ concentration in the aquarium. This leads to a higher pH level, similar to that found in nature. The stabilized pH level enhances coral growth and vitality while reducing unwanted algae growth and cyanobacteria. With ATI® Carbo Ex, your aquarium breathes fresh air.
